Wanbao Company is a high-tech enterprise and a specialized, sophisticated, and innovative company that focuses on the R&D and production of accessories for imported textile machinery as well as compact spinning units for ring spinning machines. To further enhance its development and meet the growing demands of the textile machinery market, the company relocated in 2011 from Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, to Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, situated along the picturesque shores of Taihu Lake. The company is bordered to the east by the ancient Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, to the west by the Xiyi Expressway, and to the north by National Highway 312 and the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway. Its superior geographical location and rich local culture provide favorable conditions for Wanbao Company’s growth and development.
For decades, the company has been providing配套 solutions for imported and domestically produced textile machinery—including automatic winding machines, air-jet spinning machines, and ring spinning machines—serving the textile industry. With a focus on introducing advanced foreign equipment and components, the company has continuously developed a wide range of accessories for models such as the Japanese Murata automatic winding machine NO.7-Ⅱ, V, and 21C; the Italian Savio automatic winding machines RAS-15, ESPERO-M, and L-type; the Orion automatic winding machine accessories; the German Kessler automatic winding machines 238 and 338; the air-jet spinning machines 288, 312, and 360; the Swiss Rieter air-jet spinning machines R20 and R40; the 490L, 4921A, 927L, 590, 590L, 690, and 498Q air捻结ers; as well as tens of thousands of other products, including twisters, compact spinning units for ring spinning machines, and electronic lifting systems. The company’s products have consistently maintained a leading market share in the domestic Chinese market.
Since 2004, the company has been dedicated to the research and development and production of compact spinning units for ring spinning machines. To date, it has successfully developed the three-roller compact spinning unit, the four-roller compact spinning unit, the four-roller pulse-cluster compact spinning unit, and the four-roller light-pressure compact spinning unit, all of which have been widely adopted by customers in various markets. The company has accumulated over 80 national patents, including more than 10 invention patents. In 2016, its compact spinning products successfully passed the assessment of scientific and technological achievements and were awarded the title of internationally advanced level.
